Sonalika sells 50,000 tractors in just 4 months, domestic market share expands

Sonalika has sold a total of 51,268 tractors between April and July 2024, indicating a strong growth in the domestic market. The company has also registered a significant increase in its market share, outperforming the domestic industry

Tractor manufacturer Sonalika has crossed the sales figure of 50 thousand tractors in the beginning of the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25. Between April and July 2024, the company has sold a total of 51,268 tractors, which indicates a strong growth in the domestic market. The company has also registered a significant increase in its market share by performing better in the domestic industry.

The central government's provision of Rs 1.52 lakh crore for the agri ecosystem and allied sector will not just increase industry’s contribution to the economy but also push the demand for advanced farm machinery. The farmer demands in India vary as per regional requirements and Sonalika truly believes that no one tractor fits for all, thus makes the biggest tractor range in 20-120 HP. This customised tractor range boasts of Heavy Duty Mileage (HDM) and CRDS engines, multi speed transmissions and advanced 5G hydraulics that are designed to shape up the future of Indian agriculture.
