Mother Dairy’s Managing Director Manish Bandlish has resigned from his position. His tenure will officially end on November 30. According to initial information, Bandlish has decided to step down citing personal reasons. His resignation is considered effective immediately, although the company has not yet announced the name of the new MD.
However, no official statement has been issued by Mother Dairy so far. But sources associated with the company have confirmed the Managing Director’s resignation.
Manish Bandlish had been leading Mother Dairy since March 2021 and played a key role in the company’s business expansion. Under his leadership, Mother Dairy strengthened its presence beyond Delhi-NCR and expanded its edible oil business under the Dhara brand, as well as its fruits and vegetables segment under the Safal brand.
At present, the Deputy Managing Director of Mother Dairy has been assigned the responsibilities of the MD. This interim arrangement has been made to ensure smooth functioning of the company. It is expected that the process of appointing a new MD will begin soon.
Following Bandlish’s resignation, speculation has begun regarding the appointment of a new Managing Director. Industry observers say that the selection of new leadership will be crucial for shaping the company’s strategy and future direction.
Mother Dairy, a subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), is one of the country’s leading dairy companies, with a business turnover of over Rs 17,000 crore.
