Kejriwal's guarantee to farmers to ensure crop MSP

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is busy in a vigorous election campaign after coming out of jail on interim bail. At a press conference on Sunday, he announced 'Kejriwal's 10 guarantees' for the Lok Sabha elections. He said that due to his arrest there has been a delay in the announcement of these guarantees.

Kejriwal has promised to provide full price to the farmers for their crops by fixing MSP on all crops as per Swaminathan Commission recommendations. Also, the new government will provide 24 hours electricity in the country. Poor people will be given free electricity. The promise of MSP guarantee is enough for Haryana and Punjab.

Chief Minister Kejriwal said that these 10 guarantees are the vision of new India. This is their guarantee that after the formation of the India bloc government in the country, they will implement these guarantees. Kejriwal has also promised to stop Agniveer Yojana and make all Agniveers permanent.

His 10 guarantees also include things like 200 units of free electricity across the country, better education and health, full statehood to Delhi, eliminating corruption and unemployment. Not only this, Kejriwal has promised to free India from the land occupied by China.

Kejriwal said he had not yet discussed these guarantees with the India bloc partners, but assured that they would be implemented if the opposition alliance wins the Lok Sabha elections.

Attacking the Modi government, Kejriwal said that Modi ji had guaranteed that he would deposit Rs 15 lakh in the account of every person, two crore jobs will be created every year, farmers' income will increase, bullet trains will run. None of the promises was fulfilled. “On the other hand, we had guaranteed that electricity would be free, schools would be excellent, mohalla clinics would be there, and we did everything,” he said.

Who will fulfill Modi's guarantee is also not known because he will be 75 years old, after which he has to retire. Only Kejriwal will fulfill Kejriwal's guarantee.

Kejriwal's 10 guarantees

1. Will provide 24x7 electricity across the country and free electricity to the poor.

2. Free education will be arranged for all children by building world class government schools in every village and locality of the country.

3. Free treatment will be provided by building world class multi-specialty hospitals in every district of the country and Mohalla clinics in every village.

4. Army will be given complete freedom to free India's land occupied by China.

5. By closing the Agniveer scheme, all Agniveers will be confirmed.

6. According to the Swaminathan Commission, farmers will be given full price for their crops by fixing MSP on all crops.

7. Delhi will be given the status of a full state.

8. To end unemployment, we will provide 2 crore jobs in the next one year.
