6th BioAgTech World Congress Returns to Delhi to Drive Global Dialogue on Sustainable Agriculture

The global agriculture community is set to gather in New Delhi for the 6th edition of the BioAgTech World (BAW) Congress, from April 23 to 25 at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Shahdara. Organised by Global BioAg Linkages (GBL) in partnership with ICAR, IARI, and Maharana Pratap Horticultural University, Karnal, the Congress aims to drive critical dialogue on sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

First launched in Delhi in 2019, the BAW Congress has since travelled across the USA, Spain, and Brazil, addressing regional agricultural challenges while fostering global alliances. Its return to India marks a homecoming with a renewed vision to strengthen the global push toward sustainable farming.

Roger Tripathi, Founder & CEO of Global BioAg Linkages, remarked, “The Congress is not a commercial event—it is a purpose-driven global platform crafted by the industry, for the industry. We are proud to return to India, a country leading farmer-centric sustainable agriculture transformation.”

This year’s Congress will bring together over 250 companies and participants from more than 50 countries. Key highlights include integrated sustainability showcases featuring biofertilizers, biostimulants, biopesticides, and precision AgTech, alongside active engagements with farmers, agronomists, innovators, policymakers, and investors. The event will also celebrate outstanding contributions to sustainable agriculture through the Sustainable Grower Award, Special Recognition Award, and BioAg Innovator Award. In addition, participants will engage in critical discussions on regulatory harmonization, investment trends, leadership challenges, and the latest innovations in BioAg technologies.

The 6th BioAgTech World Congress will address critical issues in advancing sustainable and regenerative agriculture, including the integration of BioAgTech innovations, adaptability challenges, and the role of stakeholders in ensuring food security and improving farmers’ incomes. It will focus on streamlining BioAg regulations to boost market access, highlight innovations in biostimulants and biopesticides for better crop resilience, and emphasize the importance of soil, plant, and seed health alongside water efficiency through precision AgTech. The Congress will also explore investment trends, challenges for startups, and leadership dynamics within the biologicals sector.
