The dairy brand Namaste India, part of the RSPL Group, has outlined an accelerated growth agenda for 2026, riding on a steady average annual growth of 15% over the last 2-3 years and a rapidly expanding footprint across Northern and Eastern India.

The rising demand for fresh, affordable, and high-quality dairy products has been the key growth driver, supported by deeper penetration in both urban and rural markets. “Milk remains the brand’s core category, with annual sales exceeding 200 million liters and a daily reach of over 10 lakh households,” the company said in a press release.

Namaste India’s portfolio spans fresh milk variants, curd, chhach, lassi, butter, paneer, ghee, UHT milk, dairy whitener, fresh cream, ice cream, milkshakes and flavored milk, offered across multiple formats. Within RSPL’s diversified consumer portfolio, the brand plays a central role in addressing the mass-market need for quality dairy at scale while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Currently, Namaste India operates across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Bihar, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir and Assam. It has built a strong presence in cities such as Kanpur, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Noida and Rohtak, alongside extensive rural reach. The company noted particularly strong momentum in Bihar and adjoining markets.

This scale is backed by a robust distribution network of over 1,005 distributors and access to nearly 1.5 lakh retail outlets, primarily through general trade, with growing traction in select modern trade and institutional channels.

“As we look ahead, our focus is on strengthening our presence in Bihar and Northern India through deeper distribution, sharper execution and continued investment in quality-led capabilities,” an RSPL Group spokesperson said, adding that the brand’s performance reflects strong consumer trust built on consistency, value and quality.

Looking forward, Namaste India plans to expand its portfolio with value-added and convenience-led dairy offerings, alongside region-specific innovations aligned with evolving consumer preferences.

To support this growth, the company aims to increase its workforce by about 20% in the coming years and roll out strategic initiatives in early 2026, including distribution expansion, partnerships and brand-led programs. These steps, the company said, align with RSPL’s broader commitment to sustainable manufacturing, employment generation and support for local communities and farmers.
