Rakibul Hussain
If the title of the biggest 'winner' in the Lok Sabha elections 2024 goes to anyone, then it is Congress candidate Rakibul Hussain from Dhubri seat of Assam. Who has created a new record of victory by a big margin. He has left all the big leaders far behind in this matter. Rakibul Hussain has won this seat by more than 10 lakh votes. According to the data of the Election Commission if India, Rakibul Hussain has won by a margin of 10,12,476 votes. He received a total of 14,71,885 votes.
Shankar Lalwani
The second name in the list of candidates with the biggest victory is BJP candidate Shankar Lalwani from Indore seat of Madhya Pradesh. He has also won the election by a margin of more than 10 lakh votes. According to the data of the Election Commission, Shankar Lalwani has defeated his nearest rival by a margin of 10,08,077 votes. He has got total 12,26,751 votes in this election. The Congress candidate on Indore had withdrawn his nomination and joined the BJP. After this development Congress had appealed to the public to vote for 'NOTA'. The effect of this appeal of Congress was also seen. More than two lakh people voted for NOTA on the Indore seat.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan
The name of former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and BJP candidate from Vidisha Lok Sabha seat Shivraj Singh Chouhan is also included in this list of big winners. He has won this seat with a bang. Shivraj defeated Congress rival Pratap Bhanu Sharma by more than 8 lakh votes. Shivraj Singh Chauhan secured 11,16,460 votes, while Congress' Pratap Bhanu Sharma got 2,95,052 votes.
C R Patil
BJP candidate CR Patil from Navsari seat of Gujarat is also among those who won the election by a big margin. He won the election by a margin of more than 7 lakh votes. According to the Election Commission data, he received a total of 10,31,065 votes. Whereas, he won by a margin of 7,73,551 votes.
Ravindra Dattaram Waikar
In this election, the margin of victory was the lowest in Maharashtra's Mumbai North West seat. On this seat Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) candidate Ravindra Dattaram Waikar won by a very narrow margin. He defeated his nearest rival Amol Gajanan Kirtikar of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) by a margin of just 48 votes. According to Election Commission data, Ravindra Dattaram Waikar won by 4,52,644 votes. Whereas, Amol Gajanan Kirtikar got a total of 4,52,596 votes.
