The Vezlay stall has been attracting thousands of people who are eager to try vegan products on their stall at the India International Trade Fair (IITF).

The 41st edition of the IITF is going on at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from 14 to 27 November 2022.

Vezlay regularly participates in trade shows and exhibitions to gather customer feedback and market its products.

This year, it introduced to visitors its two new products — Egg Bhurji and Soya Shawarma — which took the consumers by surprise owing to their taste similarity with their animal-based counterparts. This was stated in a Vezlay press release today.

Inviting visitors to their stall at the event to grab a bite of their innovative products, Amit Bajaj, owner and founder of Vezlay, said, "It gives me immense pleasure to invite everyone to our stall at IITF and explore and taste our products. We are here to showcase the power of plant-based protein to the entire world. I am sure you will like the combination of health with taste and if you want to give up meat, incorporating Vezlay products into your diet can be the first step towards it."

New Delhi-based Vezlay Foods is a manufacturer of Soy products that rely on innovation to offer a huge portfolio of plant-based mock meats such as Soya Seekh Kabab, Soya Shawarma, Egg Bhurji (vegan scrambled egg), Shami Kabab, Nugget, Soya Chop, Soya Leg Pieces, Soya Noodles (gluten-free), Soya Vegget TVP (textured vegetable protein) (gluten-free) and Soya Chikka, among others.

"We believe in the power of plant-based protein. Plant-based proteins provide a host of benefits like reducing disease risk, managing blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol, aiding in weight loss, and reducing environmental impact. I want people to utilize indigenous products like Soya, which is a healthy source of protein, rather than consuming animal meat that has a detrimental impact on the environment and health. Our products are rich sources of proteins, and dietary fibre, a good source of calcium and have low cholesterol levels. Having resulted from intensive research, Vezlay products are nutritious and a delight to eat," Bajaj added.
