KRIBHCO Reports Rs 825 Crore Pre-tax Profit, Declares 20% Dividend at 46th AGM

Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO), one of India's premier fertilizer-producing farmers' cooperatives, reported a pre-tax profit of Rs. 824.68 crore for the financial year 2025-26, nearly 16% higher than the last year. Its turnover increased by almost 5 percent compared to FY25. The Society declared a dividend of 20% on its equity capital of its member cooperative societies for the year.

The annual accounts of the Society were approved during its 46th Annual General Body Meeting, held in New Delhi. The meeting was presided over by V.Sudhakar Chowdary, Chairman of KRIBHCO in presence of Board of Directors and attended by delegates from various member cooperatives across the country.

KRIBHCO achieved remarkable production figures in FY 2025-26, with Urea production at 21.34 lakh MT and Ammonia production at 12.39 lakh MT, achieving 97.26% and 99.36% capacity utilisation, respectively. Expanding its product offerings to cater to the diverse needs of farmers, KRIBHCO’s portfolio includes not only Neem Coated Urea but also imported DAP, MAP, MOP, Complex, Bio Fertilizers, Compost, Certified Seeds, Hybrid Seeds, SSP, Zinc Sulphate, Natural Potash, Mycorrhiza and Sea Weed Fortified Bio-stimulants. During the year, KRIBHCO sold 45.37 lakh MT of fertilizers (including Urea and P&K Fertilizers).

Fertilizers Ltd (KFL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KRIBHCO, also delivered strong performance with the production of 11.02 lakh MT of Urea and 6.68 lakh MT of Ammonia, achieving capacity utilisation of 127.48% and 133.16%, respectively. KFL declared a dividend of Rs. 14.40 crore for the year.

SS Yadav, Managing Director of KRIBHCO, informed the gathering about the sustained high standards of production and operational efficiency maintained by KRIBHCO and its subsidiaries.

Shankarbhai Chaudhary from Gujarat was conferred the KRIBHCO Sahakarita Shiromani Award.

KRIBHCO’s wholly-owned subsidiary, KRIBHCO Agri Business Limited (KABL) is contributing significantly. KABL achieved a turnover of Rs. 1919.35 crore in FY 2025-26, the growth was supported by a substantial expansion in domestic business, which contributed Rs.1,436.81 crore, while export sales stood at Rs.482.54 crore. Meanwhile, KRIBHCO Green Energy Private Limited (KGEPL), is constructing two plants in Hazira, Gujarat, and Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, expected to be operational in FY 2026-27.

As part of its commitment to rural development, KRIBHCO's social arm, Gramin Vikas Trust is continuing to build scalable, community-led models integrating livelihoods, environmental sustainability and improved quality of life for underserved communities.

Aligned with the Government of India's vision of “Sahakar Se Samriddhi,” KRIBHCO is playing a pivotal role in promoting seed and export activities among cooperatives as lead promoter of Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) and a joint promoter of National Cooperative Export Limited (NCEL) and Sahakar Taxi Cooperative Limited (Bharat Taxi) under the guidance of the Ministry of Cooperation.

Bhagwan Singh Yadav from Madhya Pradesh received the KRIBHCO Sahakarita Vibhushan award.

During the AGM, KRIBHCO also honored two eminent cooperators for their remarkable contributions to the cooperative movement in India. Shankarbhai Chaudhary from Gujarat was conferred the KRIBHCO “Sahakarita Shiromani award”, and Bhagwan Singh Yadav from Madhya Pradesh received the KRIBHCO Sahakarita Vibhushan award.
