Arya.ag Brings Technology to the Farm Gate with Smart Farm Centres Powering Data-Led Agriculture
Arya.ag, India’s largest grain commerce platform, has launched 25 Smart Farm Centres across India to deliver data-driven agriculture directly to farmers. Managed by women leaders, the Centres offer soil diagnostics, weather insights, drone imaging, and training. The initiative connects technology, finance, and markets, empowering smallholders and strengthening farm-level decision-making and resilience.
Arya.ag, India’s largest and only profitable grain commerce platform, has launched 25 Smart Farm Centres across the country, marking a major step in integrating technology and data-driven intelligence directly into the agricultural value chain. The initiative aims to empower smallholder farmers with digital tools that improve decision-making, productivity, and resilience at the farm gate.
Over the years, Arya.ag has built one of India’s most extensive agri-commerce networks, connecting millions of farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) with access to storage, finance, and market linkages. The Smart Farm Centres extend this support into the pre-harvest stage, ensuring that farmers can make informed, data-backed decisions at every step of cultivation.
Each Centre functions as a hub for data-led agriculture, addressing region-specific challenges through advanced technology and local leadership. Managed by community-based women leaders, the Centres provide IoT-enabled soil diagnostics, hyper-local weather updates, drone-based crop imaging, climate insurance, and farmer training programs. Together, these services enable smarter planning — from sowing and irrigation to harvest management and financial access.

The Smart Farm Centres have been developed in collaboration with technology and agri-solution partners including Neoperk, BharatRohan, FarmBridge, Finhaat, and Fyllo, alongside Arya.ag’s Community Value Chain Resource Persons (CVRPs). The model showcases how partnerships between technology innovators, data scientists, and local communities can generate tangible results for farmers on the ground.
By linking these Centres to Arya.ag’s ecosystem of warehousing, finance, and market connectivity, the initiative ensures an integrated value chain that supports risk management, price discovery, and income stability for farmers.
Farmers already report measurable benefits from the Centres’ advisories. In Maharashtra, soybean growers improved yields and grain quality by adopting data-backed sowing techniques, while paddy farmers in Bihar avoided crop loss after timely weather alerts prompted early harvesting before a cyclone.
Arya.ag plans to expand the network to 100 Smart Farm Centres within three years, creating a nationwide grid of digital agricultural support.
Currently, the company partners with over 1,600 FPOs and 800,000 farmers, operating across 60% of India’s districts with more than 12,000 warehouses. Its grain aggregation exceeds USD 3 billion annually, while its credit facilitation to farmers and agri-enterprises totals USD 1.5 billion.
With the launch of Smart Farm Centres, Arya.ag reinforces its position as India’s most comprehensive agri-technology ecosystem — one that blends data, technology, finance, and community partnerships to drive rural prosperity and long-term sustainability.
