Gramik Expands Rural Quick-Commerce Network in Uttar Pradesh, Reaches Over 7 Lakh Farmers

Agri-commerce and rural supply chain platform Gramik has significantly expanded its rural quick-commerce network in Uttar Pradesh, establishing one of the largest such networks in the country. The company now operates 30 dark stores and works with more than 100 last-mile delivery partners, providing services to over 700,000 farmers across the state.

The expansion comes as companies increasingly look at rural India as the next major growth market for commerce and digital services. While quick-commerce models have gained popularity in urban areas for delivering consumer products within short timeframes, Gramik is adapting the concept to meet the needs of farmers by ensuring timely access to critical agricultural inputs and livestock-related products.

According to the company, its dark-store-led fulfillment model enables farmers to procure seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, cattle feed, nutritional supplements and other agricultural essentials more efficiently. The platform combines localized inventory management with a technology-enabled supply chain to improve product availability during crucial farming seasons.

Over the past few years, Gramik has built its presence across Uttar Pradesh through a network of farmers, village-level entrepreneurs, retailers and local distribution channels. The company believes that despite the rapid growth of digital commerce in urban centres, rural supply chains remain fragmented and often fail to provide farmers with reliable access to essential agricultural products.

Speaking on the milestone, Raj Yadav, Founder of Gramik, said: "Indian farmers continue to face challenges related to product availability, quality assurance, and timely delivery of agricultural inputs. At Gramik, our mission is to build the digital and physical infrastructure that empowers farmers with reliable access to the right products at the right time. Reaching over 700,000 farmers through a network of 30 dark stores and 100+ delivery partners validates the strength and scalability of our rural quick-commerce model."

The company said the network currently includes more than 100 Last-Mile Delivery (LMD) partners who help ensure that products reach farmers in remote areas quickly and efficiently. The model is designed to reduce delays in accessing farm inputs, particularly during peak sowing and crop management periods when timely availability can directly impact productivity.

Gramik's product portfolio focuses on agri-inputs, cattle feed and livestock nutrition products. By integrating technology with local entrepreneurship and distribution networks, the company aims to strengthen rural commerce infrastructure and improve market access for farmers.

Looking ahead, Gramik plans to further expand its dark-store footprint across Uttar Pradesh, strengthen its delivery network, deepen engagement with farmers and accelerate the digitisation of agricultural commerce in rural areas.

The company believes that building efficient supply chains and leveraging technology can play a critical role in addressing long-standing challenges faced by farmers, while also creating new opportunities for rural economic growth and entrepreneurship.
