India’s leading dairy company, Paras Dairy (VRS Foods Limited), has introduced its premium cheese brand, Galacia, at the AAHAR 2025 exhibition, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. This launch underscores the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and meeting consumer expectations.
Produced at Paras Dairy’s state-of-the-art facility in Maharashtra, Galacia Cheese is made from high-quality milk sourced from carefully selected farms. With its rich texture, creamy consistency, and exceptional taste, it caters to both home consumers and food service professionals. Paras Dairy has invested over Rs 100 crore to meet the evolving tastes of Indian consumers and the rising demand for high-quality cheese.
Rajendra Singh, Managing Director of Paras Dairy (VRS Foods Limited), stated that Galacia Cheese is a significant step toward enhancing the consumer experience, as its superior texture and taste make it perfect for a variety of culinary creations.
Initially, Galacia Cheese will be available in mozzarella, with plans to expand into a diverse range, including cheese blocks, cheese dip, cheese slices, cheddar dice, cheese fillers, and cheese dressing. It will be launched across North, West, and South India, starting with key cities such as Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Paras Dairy has over six decades of expertise in the Indian dairy sector. The company partners with more than 300,000 farmers across 7,000 villages and exports its products to over 45 countries.
